Day by Day
The itinerary

Day 1: Arrive EBB Airport – fly with aerolink to Kihihi
Arrive at Entebbe international Airport. Meet with the Aerolink Flight handlers to prepare you for your domestic flight. Flight is approximately 2 hours from Ebb to Kihihi Airport where you will be met by your driver to transfer you to the lodge. Have the afternoon/evening for relaxing or avail yourself for a number of lodge activities. Lodge options: Kaara Gorilla Lodge / Ichumbi lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking / Batwa / Free afternoon / Ride for a Woman
Wake up early and with packed breakfast, be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing. There’s a couple of entertainment from local women groups in Bwindi to get your mood set before heading out to look for the gorillas. The park Clerk will brief you on the dos and don’ts whilst with the gorillas and what to expect. At 9am set out into the misty forests and begin your search for the gorillas. The hikes can be strenuous and you are at liberty to request for shorter trails and less strenuous hikes. While with the gorillas, you are only given an hour around them, watching how they feed and live in their communities. Walk back to your starting point and meet your driver guide to drive you back to the lodge. Lunch and a free afternoon or have an experience with the batwa community or visit the ride for a woman home for souvenirs. Lodge options: Kaara Gorilla Lodge / Ichumbi Lodge.

Day 3: Fly from KIH to EBB – Departure
Have breakfast and be transferred to Kihihi airport for your flight back to Entebbe. Departure.
